Job Description:

Lead HR processes and projects within the entire function that include, but is not limited to

1) Lead and participate in the implementation of global and local projects, policies and initiatives in the field of Human Resources

2) Provide full HR scope support to VP and department Head in India aligning people related policies and principles across locations and locally

3) Act as single point of contact to HR teams within assigned division-ensure aligned communication between HR teams in the respective locations related to service division

4) Support local and global management in people discussion, key appointments, talent reviews

5) Establish and maintain productive relationship with the relevant stakeholders

6) Lead engagement initiatives to support retention

7) Monitor and coordinate the performance management process

8) Stay up-to-date with the market and participate in regular compensation and benefits benchmark analysis for the dedicated area of responsibility, participate and review the merit and bonus payout processes

9) Participate in the recruitment and selection strategies when needed; fully understand people and skills demand of the business and the people availability on the market

Required Skills

1) Minimum 3years relevant HR experience in an international environment in the Shared Service environment

2) Very good knowledge of key HR practices legislative environment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, talent management, performance management, recruitment, employment practices

3) Ability to problem solve at the root cause level, understanding the impact of the people decisions

4) Ability to communicate on all levels within the organization

5) Proactive attitude

6) Ability to think tactically and strategically

7) Ability to translate business strategy into functions

8) Ability to lead and manage change

9) Organized and analytical personality, with strong attention to details, able to multitask

10) The knowledge to read and interpret data reports

11) University degree in HR, Business Administration or other related area

12) Fluency in Business English

13) Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

14) Good understanding of WorkDay would be a plus
