Job Description:

The position holder has to manage all aspects of employer-employee relationships to meet corporate objectives & make company one of the 100 best companies to work for in India It is the responsibility of the position holder to conduct these activities in an effective, legal, fair, and consistent manner He/she would also act as an internal consultant and change agent for cultural and organizational initiative


- This position will be responsible for managing the entire employee life cycle for the Business Units assigned to the role holder

- The HRBP will be required to identify business problems that can be solved through various HR interventions and drive those interventions for the unit

- The HRBP will be required to drive various HR initiatives for the unit in letter and in spirit

- The HRBP will be required to recommend process improvements which can enhance employee experience for the Business Unit managed by the team member

- The HRBP will be required to work on various HR projects from time to time

- 2 Yrs Post MBA

Qualification Graduate ( BTech Preferred) + MBA HR Tier 1 Institute
