  • Drive core HR processes for the retail staff

  • Devise HR interventions for the business and work with teams for deployment of the same

Required Candidate profile

  • Post Graduate in HRM from a reputed institute

  • Recruitment & Selection of required talent as per norms

  • Completion of key HR processes within timelines and quality standards

  • Completion of manpower budgeting and adherence to timelines, cost and numbers

  • Drive HR processes for the business in compliance with process timelines and standards

  • Smooth and proactive functioning all HR initiatives for the business

  • Ability to handle multiple stakeholders

  • High energy levels and willingness to travel
