Job Description:

It is a middle level role in the HR department The role is a mixed of both Generalist role along with handling Recruitment cycle for the region by analyzing new policy / procedure / practices before implementation of the same on ground and partnering in realignment / development of procedures

- Handling Executive/Asst managers, by tracking performance of employees at various levels

- Handling branches in and around Chennai travelling will be there,

- Ensuring development of healthy work culture by participating with Business in day to day functioning

- Branch Visit - Ensuring structured discussion with each set of employees during branch visit

- Framing of new HR policies

- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs

- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants

- Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel

- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits

- Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures

- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes
