The HR Advisor will be in particular responsible for the following service requests

Coordination and resolution of complex cases involving more than one standard GSD procedure, which are usually being covered by different functional specialists These complex cases can be ad hoc (one-off) requests, recurring activities, or small projects (eg, reorganization)

Advising T3/T4 managers in cases that need intensive consultative support (eg consult managers on employee transfers) - in close collaboration with other GSD and HR functions

Identification and handling of requests that are currently not covered by the defined HR service portfolio The HR Advisor will either transition these into a defined new service, hand these over to the right party, or declare them as being out of service scope where appropriate


Strong educational background with Bachelor degree or comparable experience

The HR Advisor is an experienced professional with broad HR knowledge Their key responsibility is the coordination and resolution of complex cases from an end-to-end perspective while closely collaborating with other Global Service Delivery (GSD) and other HR functions

Any Location but must be prepared to support managers in their time zone
