Key responsibilities
In your role you will closely work with HR Partner and act as the advisor on all areas of HR as Recruitment, Talent management, Learning and Development, People Performance and Engagement, Rewards and Recognition
Advise daily your business clients and support them with HR operational topics such as recruitment, providing with adequate HR solutions, participating on onboarding and off boarding, advising on employment relation matters etc
Develop and contribute to new HR initiatives and projects for the location in close collaboration with HR Partners, and advise on current market situation & trends
Build strong, credible and visible relationships across the business and be a trusted advisor to promote good employee experience and relations across the whole organization
Preparing the annual HR agenda through presentations and analysis Including ad hoc analytics projections and suggestions for future actions
Active cooperation and play important role in upcoming local and global HR EMEA projects

About you
You are a stand-out colleague, supporting constructive working environment & bringing enthusiasm You follow new trends in HR
High interest in the business we are covering with our BSC (Reinsurance, Corporate Solutions, Life Capital)
You have at least 3 years previous experience in HR, ideally in international environment
You have the ability to work in, and adapt to, a dynamic working environment where change, resilience and flexibility is needed
You are clientoriented with people compassion, communication and social skills
Fluent in English, Slovak is an advantage

Minimum base salary for this job from 1500 EUR gross/month/full time Our offer to you may be higher based on your skills and experience and will include additional rewards and benefits
