Employment Administration Administration for new employees on boarding, contract renewal and separation
Local employment procedure handling
Local contact person for the company and labor bureau

Employee Record Administration Employees P-File and social archive management
Employees government related issues support
Employees benefits tracking & management

Others Employee Shanghai Residence Point and Shanghai Hukou application
Local training administration support and tracking
HR activities/event support
Maintain good relationship with relevant local government departments
HR Administration support
Other Jobs assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education
College degree or above

Work Experience
About 1 year of relevant experiences, preferable in MNC

Skills
Good English skill in read and write, and good oral English communication skill is preferred;
Good communication skill
Good PC skill of Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
Sound knowledge in related labor policies and regulations of the Government
