Job Description:

Need someone who can manage content (not create content)

Candidate should be digital/ tech savvy, hands on with newest social platforms

Well versed with various social platforms news channels

Aware of and is capable of managing/ browsing through communities/ bloggers network

Should be well versed with their own field either politics/ sports/ astrology/ entertainment

Candidate can manage channel partners/ content and put it on website

Proficient in Hindi/ English (For Dialects- any one regional language)

Able to handle pressure and be up to date with social user preferences/ trends Key Requisite

Graduate (or) Post Graduate

Minimum 15yrs of regular education (10th + 12th + 3 years Graduation)

Graduates through Open Universities / Correspondence graduates need not apply

Not more than 2 years of gap in Graduation or Employment

Relieving letters from all the previous companies are mandatory

Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months will not be eligible to apply again

Should be flexible to work in any shifts Looking for candidates with experience of digital journalism to help drive daily content programming

The ideal candidate should have

Experience of working in a fast- paced newsroom environment with a team of content editors/ producers

Proven ability to choose from a wide range of stories and select those that offer the greatest interest and the deepest relevance with an unbiased and objective narration of the facts

A keen understanding of the best, most elegant writing offered by high- quality news outlets

Solid journalistic skills and strong knowledge of all kinds of news

Attention to detail, an appreciation for strong visual presentation and a passion for editorial excellence

A strong command on Hindi language Good skill to write in conversational and easy- to- understand Hindi

Candidate who has experience to run home page in big media company will be given an added preference Key responsibilities include

Process relevant news stories that capture user interest across different genres, political, entertainment, sports etc

Create news content without any grammatical mistakes

Add quality to news stories with catchy headlines and summary

Run editorial operations of news section without any error

Work on content management system (CMS) to upload and edit news content
