Job Description:

Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer Selling technical support plan along with relevant software

Candidate Profile

  • Must HaveExperience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year

  • Must know how to close their own calls

  • Must have good convincing and sales skills

  • Knowledge about BLUE SCREEN ERRORS and POP UP CALLS

  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues related to- Computer, Printer, Broadband, router, Email issues, Mac, I-phone, I-pad

  • SalaryRs15,000-22,000/month(fixed)+Huge Incentives

  • Shift US Shift
