Job Role - Relationship Manager Mutual Funds Direct Sales

Designation  - Executive/ Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager

CTC - Negotiable 

Incentives - 3X of fixed CTC + Monthly/ Quarterly /Yearly Contests for Foreign trips, Cash, extra Incentives, etc

Purpose of a Job - To generate sales from third-party product by selling them to the customers (both Retail and HNI)

  • Responsible for selling Mutual fund Products and cross-sell other third-party products

  • New client acquisition through network, database, References, and open market

  • Ability to inspire trust and confidence in clients

  • To engage clients in meaningful conversations about their finances and take an active interest in their financial investments

  • Ability to process several inputs provided by the research team and other sources and applies them to the specific context
