Must be excellent in oral and written communication skills in English

Problem-solving attitude

Attention to details and ability to analyze and interpret data

Coordinating between Onshore & Offshore team

Engaged in handling calls of Enterprise & different business units (Internal & External)

Provide World Class Customer Service

 

Note - Must be a good communicator in English with strong team working spirit
