Skill Required

  • Ability to manage customer relationships, their expectations (and define

  • acceptance criteria), and to understand requirements of business and

  • customer to ensure they are translated into technical delivery benefiting

  • Customer Satisfaction

  • Hands on experience of EXCEL

Roles & Responsibility

  • Managing Customer emails, Activations, Invoice related issues & back-office operations

  • Incident Management for resolving queries with different IT teams

  • Maintains daily issue tracker

  • Completion of cases with highest quality standard

  • Manage Escalation of technical issues

  • Coordination with cross functional team

  • Working as part of the team to ensure the department offers World Class

  • Customer Service at all times

  • Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi Mandatory

  • Graduate / Undergraduate, Freshers/Experienced both can apply

  • Day shift for Female candidates and Rotational shift for Male candidates

  • Salary upto 16k, with Fixed Bonus

  • Work location - Yerwada
