We are hiring for Admin & operations executive (only Male candidate) for Gurgaon location

Experience minimum 2 years

Key responsibilities


  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business

  • To handle accounts related issues easily

  • Reconcile with the accounts department and make invoices

  • Able to write a mail and be able to take follow ups with the corporate partners

  • Submit and reconcile expense reports

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Ordering office supplies, managing inventories and equipment and research new deals and suppliers

  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion

  • Is street friendly and show good knowledge of accounting and administrative work

  • Data Entry, Delivering and coordinating with clients for invoices


Skills required


  • Command over Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers

  • Eye for Error

  • Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills Energy, passion and a real drive to get ahead

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Capable, quick, determined

  • Immaculate attention to detail

  • Team Player

  • Startup mentality, high willingness to learn, and hardworking
