Job Description:

Job Description-
Responsible for providing first level support for identified issues
Creating tickets, monitoring mails, keeping follow up for every ticket till the closure
Escalating and routing the tickets to the next level team with the proper support metric
Ensure that all Calls/ Emails/ Tickets are resolved/ completed within SLA
Answer calls for inbound internal technical issues
Interact with client & technology team to get tech issues resolved
Ready to work in a 24*7 environment across shifts
