Job Description:

Handle first level of escalations

Ensure smooth functioning of all the helpdesk activities

Help nurture a positive work atmosphere amongst helpdesk agents

To train executive agents on all the activities run by the helpdesk including basic soft skills

Should be a graduate in any discipline

Excellent communication skills , spoken and written

Fluency in English , Hindi

at least one year should be in a supervisory role managing a

team size of 10 - 15 executives

Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Helpdes,
