Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Head to design and implement recruiting strategies for our company

Responsibilities


  • Building talent pipelines for current and future job openings

  • Leading all sourcing strategies

  • Managing our external partnerships with Job Consultancies, Colleges, Institutes, Job boards and HR software vendors

  • Monitoring recruitment procedures, from sourcing to hiring, managing a team of recruiters and identifying high-potential candidates

  • Previous experience in a Mass/Bulk hiring,

  • Junior/Senior/Mid and Top Management Recruitment in Retail Sector

  • To build a strong employer brand

  • Helping in growing internal teams with qualified employees and achieve business goals

  • Implement online and offline employer branding activities

  • Prepare and review our annual recruitment budget

  • Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans

  • Manage, train and evaluate our team of recruiters

  • Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company

  • Develop a network of potential future hires (eg past applicants and referred candidates)

  • Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire


Requirements

Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Head or similar role
