Job Description:

- Company provides solutions (SaaS based offering) for vehicle management to seat owners, which includes real-time analytics, alerts, marketplace for spare parts etc Manage P&L for the new business line

- Re-built the sales team to build sales teams which has more consultative approach

- Drove mandates to improve collaborations with different teams and increased motivation levels

- Worked closely with consultants to curate organizational strategy which drive higher value for the clients

- Drive business with profitability and establish a scalable model

- Owned delivery of leads and ad impressions to customers and all post sales processes

- Identified new growth opportunities through new products

- Provided direction and recommendation to Sales team & help them achieve their allotted quotas

- Built and maintained rapport with key customers

- Managed and resolved client issues as part of customer first strategy

- Cross functional role Sales, Ops, KAM, Strategy(Maybe M&A also)

- Commercial Vehicle / Logistics / Transportation background would be a plus
