- The candidate would be leading the commercial P&L for a tech logistics start-up to help grow the company to the next level

- He would be working along with the co-founders to drive the vision of being a leading player in the tech logistics landscape

Client Details

The company is one of the fastest growing logistics start-up in India The company has an Asset Ownership model and a Marketplace Tech Platform that em-panels truckers The start-up is well funded and is progressively making its presence felt in the industry


- The candidate would be responsible for sustaining the existing FTL business, as well as, building competencies in the PTL segment

- The candidate would also be responsible for setting up the commercial team of business development managers and a pre-sales team

- Formulation and Execution of Growth Strategy

- Identifying opportunities with market know-how/ meet new customers to broaden the opportunity list

- Lead team of Business Development Managers for effective new Business on-boarding and key account management


- An ideal candidate would come with 8-15 years of experience in the Business Development function of a Logistics Company

- The candidate would have good knowledge of operations and solution designing

- The candidate would come with a proven track record of scaling a new business or scaling sales revenue substantially

- The candidate would come with good client connects in the Automotive, FMCG, retail industries

- The candidate would come with strong experience of scaling and managing a sizeable team
