Role Objective

As a Head Sales, the incumbent will be responsible for Strategic business planning and implementation, P&L ownership

Job Location Sector 89, Greater Faridabad

 

Key Responsibilities

1) Creating business strategy and Go-To-Market plan to achieve business objectives


  • Creation

  • Implementation and execution

  • Making various tie-ups and collaborations

  • Overseeing the marketing function




    • 2) Complete P&L responsibility for the assigned Business Units


  • As P&L Head, will be responsible for delivering strategy and top & bottom line growth for assigned BU

  • Tie-ups Local & international to increase patient/ guest inflow

  • Devise strategies for executing fiscal procedures for control and effective utilization of physical and financial resources of the wellness centre




    • Selection Criteria


  • Candidates must have min 10 yrs of experience purely into sales, lead generation, Business development, Marketing of Ayurvedic / Wellness products and Spa centre

  • Should be an expert in strategic business planning and implementation as well as P&L ownership

  • Capicity to handle a profile cetntre and a large team size
