Job Profile -

- Highly skilled Retail Sales Head An exposure to Corporate Sales is an added advantage

- Generating business through channels, develop DSAs and direct

- Working in evolving market eco system with fast evolving organisation

- Establishment of both annual & monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Companys business plan

- Managed Teams with high potential

- Demonstrated track records of high sales achievement

- Responsible for sales, revenue generation (including Fee Based revenue, Cost & Team productivity

- Drive productivity of sales teams and channel partners taking adequate measures to enhance through interventions like sales trainings, soft skills training & functional training

- Strong relationship management and stake holder management skills

- Leading and managing a team of Sales managers across the region
