Job Description:

- Leading Sales for their location

- Conceptualising & implementing competent sales plans to ensure regional level goals are over achieved

- Responsible for allocation of geography at team level - work closely with team members on geography mapping & review the progress at regular intervals

- Relationship management with key stakeholders on site

- Spend time on site visits with team

- Team management - train, lead, coach and motivate a team of frontline sales

- Review team performance on regular basis and feedback to superiors

- Coordinate with credit team on the logged in loan applications and update status to team members

- Provide inputs to other parallel functions such as HR, Risk, Operations & CC

- Must have customer centricity and create a culture of customer satisfaction across all levels within the team

- Lead the team from front & show inspirational leadership to entire team

- Willing to work in a start up eco-system & ready to take on challenges positively
