Educational Qualifications BE Mechanical / Chemical Engineering/PG

Key Responsibilities

- Build brewery business to 2x through international expansion, ring fencing domestic customers and key accounts

- Drive business development by identifying and securing new business opportunities,including partnerships and managing key accounts

- Manage and aggressively grow the business, with sharp focus on the market,business deliverables and performance targets

- Formulate and implement annual and medium term strategic business devlopment and sales plans for businesses

- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders like Government Authorities, Industry Associations etc with a long-term perspective

Technical Competencies

- Understands the brewery process

- Should be able to add value to the technical and commercial proposals made by the team

- Should have an appreciation of World class Aesthteic quality expectations of MNC
