- Creating, designing and implementing risk policies for Personal Loans

- Building a robust risk management framework and architecture

- Responsible for managing operational risk, credit policy and administration, enterprise risk management, data modelling and analytics

- Responsible for managing and driving credit, market, fraud and liquidity risk functions

- Compiling, assessing and reporting risk information to the board

- Management of line staff and ensuring provision of ERM functions for the organization

- Experience in Data Analytics on Lending business and managing the Digital Initiatives of the organization

- Managing relationships with regulators and private equity investors
