Responsibilities
Develop and execute complete recruiting plans
Should be an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities Possess a flexible & detail oriented attitude
Conduct regular follow- up meetings with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
Support in effective selection, development and implementation of automation to enhance the recruitment process and analytics
Explore the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing sphere and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Design training programs for recruiting skills for recruiters and line managers
Ensure Service delivery through team as per TAT and agreement
Diligent and tenacious worker with a deep sense of ethics and integrity
The person should have handled volume hiring, client facing roles
The person needs to drive numbers across pan India
He/ she should know the avenues for sourcing with minimum cost
New avenues generation for sourcing & client facing for number closing
Partner Management & Skilling Agencies
Team handling of Managers & Recruiters (Portal, Field & office based resources)
Performance Management
Leading the appraisal process for employees through 360 degree Feedback
KRA setting & Fixation of Performance measuring parameters
Performance Ratings consolidation
Employee Communication
Handling Employee Grievance/ Redressal methodologies
Planning & Organizing Town Hall Meetings, Forums, Team meetings, Monthly Cross functional meetings, focus group meetings etc
Floor walk to know the pulse of employees, Motivating & Counselling
Analytics / Reporting / HRIS
Ensuring the timely submission of critical MIS to Management Like Manpower Summary Report, CTC Report (Department & Designation Wise, Division Wise and Location Wise)
Recruitment Report, Attrition Report, Productivity Report, Employee Master Report etc
