Head of Organization Development and C&B
Organization Development (OD) and Compensation and Benefits (C&B)
- Responsible for organization design, talent management, performance management, compensation, benefits, employee engagement and change management
- Design, implement and execute Talent Management, Perf Management and Employee Engagement initiatives
- Responsible for compensation and benefits - total rewards strategy, increments and corrections
- Incorporate latest trends and technology in OD and C&B to drive excellence
- Drive continuous improvement of the OD and C&B initiatives
HR Business Partner
- Effective and consistent delivery of human resources services to the department
- Provide HR Leadership and strategy to the concerned department
- Responsible for employee relations, performance management, talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent acquisition and employee communication initiatives
- Collaborate and influence stakeholders to drive execution
- Provide support to employees in various HR related aspects such as leaves, policies, payroll, benefits, compensation etc and resolve issues and problems
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
