Job Description:

Qualification and Experience

- Masters degree in Business Administration, from a Tier 1 College

- 10+ years of experience in operations, service delivery leading large teams

- Should have played the role of COO/Ops Head of an e-commerce/ digital business/vertical/startup for at least 3-4 years

- Experience of manging service/product operations in a fast-paced environment

- Demonstrated ability to scale up operations across products/services and cities

- Ability to balance between cost optimization targets and service delivery KPIs

- The clear understanding of breakpoints/failure modes and ways to predict/avoid the same during the rapid expansion

- Strong data analytics skills to make sense of large data sets generated by day to day operations and ways to use them to improve service delivery

- Basic understanding of the usage of AI/ML in operations context and when to use the same to improve operations KPIs

Responsibility

- Ensure on time and in full (OTIF) delivery of all services for the digital offerings

- Lead and motivate a large team of ops executives to deliver excellent performance

- Collaborate with the CEO, Product lead and Tech lead to define the path of the company/organization
