Qualifications Minimum qualifications

17 years of experience with brand management/marketing or with media agencies
6 years of experience in people management, leading marketing or agency teams
Ability to speak and write in English and Mandarin fluently

Greater China is leading the growth of YouTube business in Asia-Pacific (APAC) and is recognized globally as a growth engine in terms of business and users Our team is passionately initiating new opportunities to further accelerate growth As the Head of Video and Creative in China, youll be the link amongst Product teams, Creative communities, and Sales teams at Google

This is a client-facing role that will require effective relationship management You will contribute excellent business judgment and the ability to inspire, educate, and engage customers with Googles latest solutions Additionally, you will provide Google-caliber client service by anticipating how decisions are made, understanding the details of individual campaigns and persistently exploring and uncovering the business needs of our customers

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the worlds biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands We enjoy a birds eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms Were uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age We advise clients on Googles broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences


Understand clients objectives and acts as a trusted advisor for brand and media strategy Provide thought leadership in video advertisements and creative best practices on YouTube
Demonstrating how YouTube impacts brand and business growth Lead the industry with the latest Googles measurement solutions
Delivers training for internal and external audiences, gathers feedback, and tracks business growth Identify opportunity gaps, prioritize and influences Global Product Managers, and develop the product roadmap
Leads and grow a team of brand and creative specialists as trusted business partners for both internal sellers and external customers
Represents Google in industry events (eg, YouTube executive summits, Think with Google events) Engage with video communities to represent the needs of customers in China
