Job Description:

Head of CRM

Require a CRM manager to join the business to lead the implementation and post implementation support of available in - house CRM tools In this role , you will be responsible for delivering CRM to operational areas across the business in accordance with the identified business needs

Key Responsibilities

Management of new multi - channel lifecycle marketing project

Reporting at director level , responsible for all aspects of CRM through email , SMS , Push Notifications and other channels including strategy , concept , design , coding , reporting all to drive sales and strengthen brand

Manage designer(s) and copywriter(s)

Contributing to day - to - day site management , social marketing , website design and marketing strategy

Knowledge , Skills and Experience

3 to 12 years of sales experience in online media industry Strong experience in influencing , negotiating and liaising with staff at all levels

Demonstrable track record of managing CRM projects to successful completion in large sales businesses

Good knowledge of HTML and e - merge system

Excellent time management and organisational skills

Confidence and good personal presentation

High degree of accuracy / attention to detail

Online gaming (RMG - Real Money Gaming) experience is an asset

MBA would be an added advantage
