Head of Business Process Reengineering | Al Futtaim | Dubai

About the Role

To lead the design and realization phases of a number of Business Process Reengineering Transformation Programs to deliver significant, measurable and sustainable business improvement results

Leverage Lean Six Sigma and Lean Re-design best practice to drive targeted continuous improvement across EIT as a key element of a Business Excellence Program

The Head of Business Process Reengineering will be

Passionate about leading change and driving results through process improvements, especially through the utilization of Lean Six Sigma methodology and techniques
Actively contributing as part of a highly engaged team own and implement initiatives that improve operational processes all the way through sustained benefits realization to increase quality and value
Be a self-starter with an engaging leadership style, solid influencing and facilitation skills who will quickly develop relationships across the organization while contributing to a fun and collaborative work environment

Key Responsibilities

Transformational Business Process Reengineering

Manage a transformational business process improvement program by leading the design and realization phases of the program This will be done by Leading analysis of business performance results, operating model maturity analysis, costs analysis, customer feedback, audit reports, and any other business data to confirm the business opportunity and build the business case
Leading business process redesign and modeling against leading international standards (benchmarks), or operating model maturity targets
Leading assessment of organization impact ; or redesign of organization to support the To Be processes
Managing the stakeholders (Business, GM [Vertical], etc)
Managing the handover to EIT teams to implement processes and systems in accordance with an established Project/Program methodology
Direct the realization of the To Be process ensuring business ownership of the stabilization of the new organization, the change impact and benefits realization tracking the delivery of the business case

Business Excellence

Manage Business Excellence in EIT by Supporting business opportunity analysis and prioritization
Supporting the establishment of topdown targets for the Business Excellence program
Identifying and prioritising improvement projects
Support Green Belt candidates and project managers in running BE projects and delivering sustainable results
Ensuring high visibility and awareness of the BPR methodology, and ongoing initiatives
Continuously analyze, review and improve the Business Excellence programe

Leadership and Team Management

Actively engage with the General Manager to support the development of a lean, skilled and fully engaged team; working with them to plan and prioritise their workloads, set objectives, conduct appraisals and supported to continually improve their performance and results
Develop program/project team members in line with target competencies and build adequate bench strength for future
Establish clear objectives, roles and responsibilities of the program/project team members

Promote and fast-track your talent within EIT/ Group

About the person

Education

Undergraduate bachelor degree in Engineering, Business or Science
PMP and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalents)
Masters an asset

Minimum Experience and Knowledge

8 years hands-on experience in a Leadership, Project Management, and Business Analysis
5 years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma black belt projects
Experience in Operational/Team Leadership, Process Improvement and Change Leadership
Demonstrated experience successfully leading at least one transformational project/program within a Service Operations environment
