Job Description:




  • Be the primary point of contact and relationship manager for the local business, country and other technology/operations leaders The candidate must be comfortable with interacting with partners at a MD level in both written and oral English

  • Manage the local technology team, expected to be around 10+ permanent staff & 15 + outsourced team This will include responsibility for hiring, training and performance management, change management, release management & problem management

  • Manage applications for critical local payments, dealing and clearing systems , regulatory & digital banking systems This includes vendor management, BAU support, initiative planning and scoping for production activities

  • Manage and plan green zone activities

  • Manage current and next gen Technology,

  • Facilitate ISS controls implementation, gap analysis & process reengineering

  • Interface with local regulators , internal & external auditors to support audit and compliance reviews

  • Co-ordinate and work with regional teams to implement local stability and process improvement review programs

  • Manage financial forecasts and actuals

  • Budgeting & SCM


Requirements

Experience of successfully facing off to senior business leaders

15- 18 years of experience in banking Technology domain, MNC bank work experience of 5-8 years

Regional working experience 2-5 years (preferred)

Strong working knowledge of Banking operations (preferred)

Wide knowledge of current and future trends in business and technology environment
