Job Description:

- Plan and execute the 360-degree marketing strategy including all BTL and ATL campaigns with the goal of raising the brand equity, fan following and profile of the brand

- Plan and execute strategic media partnerships for the brand including Print,Radio, Outdoor and Digital Media

- Measure success of marketing initiatives

- Developing a core passionate fan base for Delhi Capitals through fan engagement initiatives and community reach out programs

- Develop new revenue sources - Club memberships, Grassroots programs, Licensing, Media partnerships with broadcast networks and digital platforms

- Create and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to grow the teams fan following numbers on social vis-a-vis the competitive landscape

- Drive ticket sales revenue, hospitality and match day experience with integrated elements of fan engagement

- Grow the Merchandising business through strategic retail and online partnerships

- Work with the sponsorship team in creating strong activation plans for partners

- Secure and execute a long-term CSR program with clearly defined objectives and charity partnerships with National and International entities

- Develop a 12-month engagement strategy to keep the brand alive in the off season
