Job Description:

As a Head of Central Operations, you will play a critical part of this journey You will report directly to the Director - Ops & CX (Leadership Team) You will be responsible for all customer impacting supply chain operations across the country You will manage a team of 4-6 employees who will help you achieve your goals

- Your performance would be measured on key parameters such as customer satisfaction, turnaround time, MIS reporting and operation direct costs

- This role is a good combination of Operations rigour (which impacts the monthly P&L) and Strategic thinking (what next in customer experience and operation excellence)

Role will include

Operations rigour

- Supply chain operation (Control Tower Operations) - Data driven approach to improve national operations

- Escalations Management - Manage the social media and CXO escalation team

- After Sales Management - Lead the After sales operations nationally

- Direct Cost Management - Budget adherence and controls to impact company P&L

- Cross functional stakeholder management - Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service, and HO for smooth operations

Strategic Projects

- Quantitative and qualitative approach in enhancing the customer experience

- Data driven approach in enhancing Operations Excellence

- Work with external agencies, pilot new models to drive strategic initiatives

Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role

- Strong foundation in high volume operational setup; preferably in consumer businesses (eCommerce, FMCG, Logistics)

- Should have handled diverse teams

- Excellent management, communication and reporting skills

- Problem Solving and Handling stressful and complicated situations

- Leadership and Team Management skills

- Responsible for creating and executing a world-class delivery experience

- Be the champion for customer focus for our teams across the organization

Qualifying Criteria

- Education Graduate or Post Graduate from a premier institute (A MBA degree is a plus)

- Experience (No of years) 4 - 6 years in operations or consulting; experience in a start-up would be a plus

- Soft Skills

We are looking for people who genuinely believe in solving customer problems, with complete honesty and dedication
