Job Description:

All India Group HR Head, Mumbai

- Develop HR Strategy and tactical programs in alignment with the long-range and annual priorities of the business

- Manage the HR budget and be an active contributor to planning and budgeting for the organization

- Design policies and processes that enable a transparent, fair and collaborative culture throughout the organization

KEY DELIVERABLES

- Help identify future leaders through a structured and transparent performance management system

- Design and implement rewards, career paths and recognition across the organization

- Implement strategies to engage with the employee base across locations and help make the organization a preferred place to work

- Work with business heads to design and implement a relevant training calendar using internal, external and online resources to ensure that operations teams receive relevant, timely training

- Communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

- Full-time MBA in HR from Premier Institutes only

- 10-15 years of HR work experience in the logistics sector

- Candidates from multi-location Logistics / SCM / Retail Organisations with experience in handling All India multi-location operation including Blue Collared workmen will be preferred
