Currently we are handling an assignment for Head HR role with one of the reputed group company in IndiaCandidate having good experience in handling end to end HR gamut lifecyle and someone who is closely working with the senior management professional in the organization having at least 15 + years of experience from good FMCG company can apply for this role

Designation Head HR

Qualification MBA from good reputed institute

Location Mumbai/Delhi/Kolkata

Responsibility -

1 Drive and manage the development and implementation of company-wide performance management systems

2 Establish key metrics to accurately define the competencies and skills required for each role/department within the organization along with individual performance mapping to set-up the KPI framework

3 Developing and conducting trainings and workshops to ensure that all performance management systems are accurately understood and exercised

4 Conduct regular performance appraisal exercises and workshops for middle to senior level management

Experience -

- At least 15+ years of experience in HR with 5+ years of direct experience in developing, implementing or evaluating performance appraisal systems within FMCG organization and detail-oriented with analytical mindset and proven project management and leadership abilityShould have stable career with contributions at each of the places
