Lepton Software is GIS/Location Analytics Company with specialisation into telecom sector with more than 20 years of experience We are also a Premier Google Maps & Cloud Platform partner Leptons flagship product, NetworkAccess is a cloud/Web based network management solution that helps Communication Service Providers efficiently plan, design, document and maintain their network NetworkAccess provides an open, configurable and scalable geospatial environment supporting fibre& other network equipment used by both fixed and mobile operators

Lepton also helps telcos to achieve various business KPIs and address business critical issues like business expansion and business process optimization Lepton through its portfolio of high-precision 2D and 3D maps have also empowered large number of telcos globally to roll out and optimise their networks

Lepton has the largest market share in India within the telcos in the GIS space and is looking to replicate the success globally To achieve this objective, Lepton is looking for a dynamic sales leader to build international presence and achieve international sales target including India

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Collaborate with CEO to define overall global sales strategy and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan including new international markets
Develop and implement annual sales plans
Work with marketing and corporate communication team to develop compelling advertising solutions based on the companys business strengths
Build, manage and monitor global telecom sales team to meet or exceed specific goals for profitable revenue growth
Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with executive decision makers in large accounts

QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET

Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience is telco vertical, with at least 3-5 years of experience in international sales
A Bachelors degree in Engineering is mandatory An MBA would be preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Relationship with senior management/CXO would be an added advantage
