Job Description:

1 Conceptualizing and driving implementation of distribution network

2 Enhancing the distribution network Increase the no of distributors to 400, from present no of 120

3 Recruitment, training and mentoring of new personnel, as per the plan

4 Should be able to manage a team size of more than 300 people

5 Reviewing/Redefining Channel Margins and Terms of Trade of distributors

6 Dealer evaluation and helping distributors in appointing new dealers

7 Sales planning, reviewing sales MIS

8 Planning and implementation of trade schemes, field force incentives

9 BTL activities, including market visibility and local promotions

10 Feedback and Budgetary Control Mechanisms for support expenditure

11 Should have strong commercial acumen

12 Exposure of Supply Chain Management would be an added advantage


- Decisive leader with excellence in optimizing complete range of products and services to its valued clientele, investigating new business opportunities, maximizing its competitive strength for long term success

- Driving the successful creation of a new channel which involved defining and implementing new processes; designing market coverage plans, taking all stakeholders along and sharing the company vision

- Expertise in determining companys mission and strategic direction as conveyed through policies & corporate objectives
