- To strategise compensation and benefits policies

- To design reports and recommendations based on comparative market research and in depth analysis

- To assess and evaluate the organizations pay structure and compensation policies

- To ensure profitability and competitiveness of compensations plans

- To monitoring and researching compensation and benefits trends

- To comparing benefits and compensation plans, job classifications, and salaries through data and cost analyses

- To ensure company is compliant with applicable laws

- To administer the organizations benefits programs (eg, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, insurance policies, etc)

- To monitor government regulations, legislation, and benefits trends
