Roles and responsibilities

In this role, we are looking for someone, who is skilled at consultative selling and will head customer acquisition and growth strategy for our large enterprise business, pan India

- For large sectors - Insurance, Utilities, DTH, Travel and Regulatory etc - that are identified to be best suited for our business, you and your small team will be responsible for

1 You will define and own the go to market strategy for customer acquisition and growth in the identified sectors This will include forecasting revenue targets and identifying sector specific strategies to accomplish those targets

2 Through C-level engagement and consultative, customer centric selling approach, you will qualify opportunities and position Kitpay uniquely in front of each customer, with full appreciation of the sensibilities of organization and its key decision makers

3 You will be responsible for achieving desired revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis Closing deals, account management and payment collection will be part of your responsibilities

4 You need to report sales dashboards and share customer inputs on objections, product features, pricing and competition routinely with leaders and relevant departments in the organisation

Qualifications

1 6-9 years of hands on B2B (SaaS) technology sales experience in India, with at least 2 years of experience selling in large enterprises, belonging to one of more of Insurance, Utilities, DTH, Travel and Regulatory sectors

2 Comprehensive understanding and proficiency in consultative selling in large enterprises in India

3 MBA degree from a reputable institute is preferred but not a show stopper

4 Growth mindset, with an accelerated career growth in a startup or a fast growing setup

5 Extremely confident and articulate, with excellent oral and written communication skills
