New Business Development

- Prepare complete BD strategy for all regions

- Evaluate existing service offering

- New revenue streams, exploring new opportunities

- Development of business growth strategy which yields both financial n better customer experience

- Identify new market & customer needs

- Build long term relationship with new and existing customer To be the CRM for key clients

- Develop and groom BD team

- Developing agreements n contracts which mitigate risks and in line with organization policies

- Promoting PAM and predicting client objectives

- Arranging and leading business meeting with prospective n new clients

- Preparing Business plan and roadmap for execution

- Min 12+ years of work experience with Proven Academic records

- MBA in Business Management from a Reputed Institute

- From any industry

- CTC - 40+ LPA
