Job Description- Head Administration & Facilities

- Facility Management & Project Management across 10 locations in India

- Check and ensure on vendor credentials, financial status, experience, capabilities before empanelment of vendors

- Floating of RFP/RFQ for the various services/requirements

- Ensure repair & maintenance work assignments performed by branches through regional guys, contractors along with reviewing price quotes for the procurement of parts, services, and labour for various activities/projects

- Oversee maintenance of Electrical distribution system of LT Panel with MCCB, ACB, DBs, HVAC system, UPS, PAC units for Server rooms, Split units, DG Set, Transformer, FAS, CCTV, AHU units, Chiller units, BTU meter, sprinkler system etc

- Monitoring and ensuring that preventive maintenance, AMC of the equipments should be performed on time to ensure zero breakdown in the services due to failure of electro-mechanical equipments
