Overall Objective/Purpose

Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell

Responsibilities of Role

Working hand in hand with product to understand the Human Capital Management solution set
Partnering with the Human Capital Management sales teams in meeting customers and senior management, understanding their challenges, and mapping their requirements to a solution that best fits their business
Conducting meetings in front of large audiences and senior stakeholders
Participate in sales or market planning
Showing thought leadership in Human Capital Management through webinars and customer events
Meeting all manner of business stakeholders in understanding their business challenges
Designing story and engagement model accordingly
Working on different sized deals, with different demands and expectations
Designing and configuration of demonstration environment and working on documentation or RFPs
Demonstrate agility in thinking and adaptability in dealing with change
Partnering with customers C-level executives by designing a human centric approach to implement future-proof cloud strategies
Embrace innovation and a desire to continually learn and grow
Working in a distributed team across Australia and New Zealand
Help, mentor and support people inside the team and within Oracle more broadly
Traveling to support deals and bring expertise to our customers

Main Duties

Focuses on large and complex opportunities that need creative and complex solutions and acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants
Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions

Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products
Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships

Qualifications & Skills Requirement

5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system Through knowledge of system and application design Strong verbal and written communication skills needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments Ability to travel as needed BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable

As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships
