Doctor channel Building - Have to work with Business Head and UH to build doctor channel for all the products wherein working closely for following -

a Channel Strategy for Physiotherapy

b Planning - Meeting and target planning with Unit Heads for target achievement

c Doctor communication for Physiotherapy

d Salesforce training and development along with Unit Head

e Close working with Unit Head for better understanding on market and better execution of a plan which we make

f Have to work with Unit, Unit Heads and Business Development team to get an on-ground picture which will help in the execution of the plan and working on product communication

2 Online channel

a CAC control - Reduction of CAC

b Channel Mix

c Working on lead qualification

d Tech initiatives - Chatbot for direct conversion

e Product Communication

f Tele Sales planning and productivity
