Job Description:

The manager would be responsible for the daily running and management of the lead generation through the effective use of resources

He/She will have responsibility for meeting, and possibly setting, lead generation targets as well as planning areas of improvement or development He/She will ensure that calls and emails are answered by staff within agreed time-scale and in an appropriate manner

The individual will liaise with businesses for which they provide the first response, as well as coordinate with the team

Responsibilities

- Managing the daily running of the lead generation, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing strategies and operations

- Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded

- Advising prospects on products and services available

- Liaising with stakeholders to gather information and resolve issues/queries

- Coordinating with Regional Sales Managers to ensure quality of leads, gain feedback and maintain a healthy pipeline
