We are seeking a resource, in a senior management position, who will own and operate the entire pre - sales responsibilities for the Division on a global basis The responsibilities will include creation of Technical and Commercial proposals, creating and conducting Product Demos, Product Walk throughs, Client contracting and assisting the Product management function for product management and Product direction The Role will require continuous multi - timeline coordination with multi - country Sales teams located and clients and prospects round the globe Key Skills

Overall relevant industry experience of 15 - 20 years including significant years in IT/ IS Products and Services

Specific Pre - sales experience of at least 5 years which should include direct and hands - on exposure to Product Demos, Technical and commercial proposal preparation, Bid management in the IT sector, preferably in the BFSI space

Experience of and ability and exposure to international clientele and international and multi - location working Exposure to non - english speaking markets and ability to work with local distributors with language translations will be a key advantage

A very high standard in personal deportation and oral and written communications an absolute must

Ability to work under sharp time deadlines, ability to think on feet and discipline to work within the processes of a global organisation are necessary requirements

Exposure to marketing events, Collateral development, public speaking experiences will be added advantage Other Skills

Exposure to Software Product development processes and Software Product implementations and support

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, ability to multi - task

Self - learner with demonstrated skills and passion for market analysis, competition profiling Responsibilities and expectations

The incumbent will inherit the existing Pre - sales teams and structure in the Division and will recruit/ train/ develop and implement processes to deliver high quality Proposals and market responses for the Division Products; organise and deliver successful Product Demos and PWT and in general own and deliver on the sales targets of the Global Sales teams through proposal, Demo and related support

The incumbent will own and significantly build up product and marketing collaterals for the need and disseminate them appropriately

Provide proactive and responsive inputs to Product enhancements, Market expectations, Competition offerings and provide leadership to the Product development efforts of the Division for present and future

Provide leadership inputs for developing appropriate costing and pricing models for various products in the suite

Provide leadership in component sourcing, Hardware and communications vendor management for the Pre - sales function

Provide contents and inputs for enhancement to the Internal Training Programs within the Division for improving the Product knowledge and market knowledge

Motivate, retain and recruit qualified and skills candidates to keep the pre - sales teams overall in required skills readiness and numbers,
