Roles & Responsibilities

- We are looking for a candidate with order management skills who can handle the business processes related to ordering/Procurement for inventory at Grofers The candidate will be responsible to identify and execute various enhancements to the current processes to ensure optimal practices at functional level

- Improvising on Auto replenish system and building an end to end Order Management system

Key Responsibilities

- The candidate will report to the Senior Manager-Inventory Planning and will be handling the Order management system of Planning team Key responsibilities as listed below

- Identification and execution various enhancements in the current ARS (Auto Replenishment System)

- Handle OTB (Open to Buy) Creation and adherence to the Buying Plan

- Management of Ad-Hoc PO process, Tracking and performance

- Creating, Implementing sourcing strategies

Requirements

Functional Skill Set

- 0-3 years of experience in logistics or similar field (Freshers only from NIT/IIT can apply)

- Practical experience in order process management and systems

- Good knowledge of SQL, Analytical tools

Competencies

- Detail-orientation and excellent analytical skills

- Ability to communicate at different levels

- Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently

- Problem Identification and Solving

- Stakeholder Management

Educational Qualification

- Any Graduate/Post Graduate (From a reputed college is preferred)
