Roles and responsibilities

- Assist and execute growth strategy/ market assessment/ commercial due diligence and other specialist advisory engagements

- Run Performance Improvement Engagements- Diagnostics, Design, Deliver

- Client and business overview analysis actively participate in client meetings to understand the key business highlights and history, product offering, competitors, macro and micro economic factors, future expansion and investment plans etc

- Aware of key industry trends (Industry 40/ connected cars/ IoT/ Evolving Consumer Behavior etc) in the industry of focus as well as have good industry level connects

- Develop and Review financial models - review and analyze financial forecast models, vet underlying assumptions against macro and micro-economic factors, analyze key industry trends, competitor analysis, future capital mix analysis and review expansion/investment plan etc

- Perform balance sheet, cash flow and income statement review

- Make recommendations to client based on the various findings during the engagement

- Work closely with corporates, venture capitalists, private equities and other investors

- Actively participate in thought-ware generation which helps the auto & industrial/ Consumer/ Tech practice as well as the overall GT brand in India

- Lead actively Business Development Activities (Proposal Writing, POV creation, Industry Trends)
