Job Description:

- The Head of Talent Acquisitions key objective is to build a team of energetic and bright talent acquisition professionals This teams key objective is to expedite recruitment plans to support our ambitious growth plans

- The head will manage day-to-day operations and performance of the Recruitment Team, and will drive new processes and systems

In this role, you have the opportunity

- Create and deploy strategies to strengthen our Talent Acquisition capabilities to meet our current and future business needs

- Building our organizations capabilities in attracting, assessing, selecting and on- boarding the right talent in right place at the right time

- You will actively handle relationships to ensure internal client satisfaction as well as excellent candidate experience through evaluating the current use of processes

- You will work closely with various HODs to capture input and continuously educate on the process, roles and responsibilities with an emphasis on exploring ways to improve the talent acquisition

You Are Responsible to

- Build an extraordinary recruitment team

- Lead and create the organization processes that are designed to deliver best in class practices in overall recruiting

- Actively participate as a HR Leadership Team member and drive a consistent positive candidate experience and quality of hiring approach to staffing

- Develop, implement, and communicate KPIs of hiring progress

- Develop and lead outreach programs at the College, University for campus interviews and apprenticeships

- Communicate with inter department to get a clear view on their hiring needs and organizational goals

- Develop and define job description and candidate profiling for key positions

- Develop and manage end to end process of recruitment from screening to on boarding

- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels and innovative approaches

- Conduct exit interviews to minimise staff attrition rates

Required Candidate profile

- To succeed, you should have the following skills and experience

- Masters/Advanced degree preferred

- 10+ years of Experience with Consumer durables or FMCG (ideally Food based)

- Solutions for Sales & Marketing Hiring experience with large scale project ramp-ups

- Dynamic Human Resources/talent acquisition leadership experience

- Strong experience handling significant hiring volumes

- Validated sustained success delivering in-house staffing/ recruiting in a complex and geographically spread organization with ability to meet timelines and commitments to the business

- Extensive experience in interaction with executive level leadership; with validated ability to lead and influence at high levels within the organization

- Strong analytical and systems skills; expert knowledge of online/web-based search engines, Job portals and various recruitment tools

- Critical thinking and excellent problem solving capabilities

- Excellent interview techniques and proven track record of developing others

- Ability to partner with the range of Stakeholders (from Board to Factory Staff)

- Great communication - extraordinary listener
