Role Summary

- Having in-depth knowledge of Corporate laws ie Companies Act & SEBI Regulations FEMA would be an added advantage

- Drafting of Agenda, Minutes, Notices, etc

- Preparation and filing of various statutory Forms

- Handling of all secretarial matters

- Able to coordinate with Statutory Auditors & Secretarial Auditors

- Maintaining all secretarial records such as minutes, forms, agenda, etc

- Able to handle independently all statutory compliances without any delay

- Preparing SOPs on various compliance matters

- Manage compliance of all laws and ensure reporting in Compliance Software

Role Requirements

- BCom & qualified company secretary Law degree would be preferred

- 4 - 7 years of core experience in any listed company or practicing CS

- Experience of dealing in SEBI matters, Stock Exchanges, ROC, etc

- Knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI Regulations, LODR, FEMA would be an advantage

- Experience in Drafting and vetting of documents and contracts

- Ready to travel depending upon the need

Language English and Hindi

- Proficient in word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet operations is essential

- Ready to travel with short notice
