Job Description:

Develop / update and implement SOPs for the Finance && Accounts department, including Revenue

Management, Cost Controls, Budgetary Guidelines and accurate && timely accounting

Provide functional guidance to ensure standardization of Finance && Accounts practices across the organization; advise && control on decisions with respect to all Finance && Accounts across the organization

Oversee the timely publishing of required MIS and financial statements (cash flow statement, bank balances, payables and receivables etc)

Monitor and control cash flows on a regular basis and take necessary steps to ensure continuous availability of funds; Continuously review the status of all receivables and ensure follow up with the Operations team for the same

Periodically review operations with respect to adherence to applicable statutory compliances; Highlight and report deviations to the Top Management

Monitor and drive effective tax planning and compliance; Liaise with Tax consultants and advisors for tax optimization purposes

Periodically review the financial accounting and cost accounting systems and policies so as to provide timely, accurate and consistent inputs for management reporting

Develop the department budget and ensure adherence to the same
