Job Description:

The role will be responsible for planning, monitoring and executing key demands/projects as per the business requirements in the SAP and related technologies in CBM modules primarily Finance, SCM & HR Good process, functional and business knowledge with exposure to S4/HANA

Needs to actively contribute and manage key project phases like requirement gathering & analysis, solution design, effort estimation, project planning, development, testing, QA, user acceptance and release as per the agreed timelines with good process and domain knowledge across enterprise wide process/functions applications in SAP/ERP domain

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

Develop roadmap for next 1 year considering business priorities and considering business activities like monthly/yearly closing, financial reporting on SAP/ERP domain (ABAP, Basis, CBM, FIN, SCM, BW, BO, BI, FI, CO, CRM, MM, SRM, HR, PI, Portal etc)

Enhance value from outsourced model by consistent improvement in productivity and reduction in cost keeping in mind key future technologies like Successfactors, Cloud, HANA, AI, Robotics, Automation and leverage partner value by DevOps model

Analyse merger requirements, prepare proposals which include fit gap/ best fit analysis showing comparisons between different technologies for eg Oracle and SAP

Evaluating & standardizingvarious processes in application across SAP/ERP domain, constant enhancements to meet the market need & ease of use of the application Planning key enhancement in CBM modules
Post Go-Live hyper care and Operations handover

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]

Overall 12-16 years of IT Telecom domain experience with minimum 6-8 years of rich experience of developing/delivering large size projects using Agile model in SAP/ERP domain

Excellent skills in SAP technologies like ABAP, Basis, CBM, FIN, SCM, BW, BO, BI, FI, CO, CRM, MM, SRM, HR, PI, Portal etc Should have worked on interfaces and Hyperion

Resource management, Resource utilization and conversant with methodologies for resource optimization/ cost reduction

Proficiency in effort estimation technique such as Story Point, FPA Agile model

Vendor governance /resourceutilization

Key performance indicators [max 3]

Long termplanning (roadmap) 3 months, 6 months plan

Leverage future technologies like Cloud, AI, Robotics, Automation

Costreduction using various levers like technology, process, functions etc
